Hi everyone. I began to work with intense gratitude recently and it has been an extremely powerful and life changing experience. Most of the clients whom I have assigned this exercise to report immediate and permanent changes. The reason that we continue to receive the same cycles and results in life is because the universe can only bring us what we ask for or what we feel about ourselves. The universe loves us dearly and watches in complete agony as we suffer but it cannot deliver changes or positive experiences unless we change what we are putting out into the universe. Gratitude is the easiest and quickest way to do this. 15 minutes per day is all you need to do but you should try to stay within gratitude energy all of the time by correcting your negative thoughts and bringing yourself back to gratitude.

 

This seems almost impossible when you are experiencing pain and suffering. Normally, the last thing that you want to do is to feel gratitude for what is going on in your life. However, doing this exercise allows you to organically feel gratitude more often. It also allows miracles to come into your life more often (or at least that has been my experience). I do not like to meditate or sit still for long periods of time. I become distracted quite easily but I have found that 15 minutes is the perfect amount of time. You can also break it into smaller sessions and do 5 minutes at a time, 3 times per day or 7.5 minutes twice a day if the 15 minutes is too long.

 

I experience physical bliss after doing this exercise and it makes me feel emotionally happy as well. It is very intense and will bring up a lot of buried unconscious emotion the first few times so be sure that you are mentally prepared to “go back in time” emotionally and observe but do not hang onto anything that comes up. You can simply imagine gently releasing the emotion.

 

The more you practice this, the more natural it will feel to maintain gratitude. I am utterly astounded at the miracles that have come into my life due to this exercise. It is almost hard to explain how it works but you will understand what I mean as each one of us is different and will have different results depending on what needs to be healed. To do this:

 

This is the fastest and most powerful way that I have ever known to attract more of what you want. My Spirit Guides have given me many easy exercises but this one is the easiest for me. You simply repeat the words “thank you” over and over for 15 minutes. You do not even have to have anything to be thankful for although I like to focus on what I would like more of and what I am thankful for in the first two minutes of the exercise. The gratitude needs to be intense. It is important to maintain an intense gratitude level with saying the words “thank you”.

 

I basically scream thank you in my mind while I am doing this. My Guides ask that I also resonate with the energy of an experience that made me feel extremely grateful in life during the entire exercise. Try to think of something that happened to you that made you the most grateful in life and maintain that energy during the entire exercise. They recently said that I could have whatever I wanted in any moment, but that I was not being intense enough energetically to create and attract it to myself most of the time.

Every time that you manifest something you need to be extremely grateful for it. If you find even a dollar on the ground, act as if you have won the lottery and thank the universe profusely. If you are manifesting enough money for your car payment but not enough for your other bills and are sort of thanful but not that thankful, the universe will bring you more of the same. However, if you are really thankful for each penny that comes your way, this will help build a platform for more to come.

 

This is where most people give up. They manifest what they need at first and are not that grateful so it seems like nothing is changing. It may take some time to build up to larger amounts of money so the beginning months are really important. Think of the universe like a person who has given you something. If someone has given you a dollar and you say “well this is nice but it is only a dollar” they are not very likely to give you any more. If you are really grateful and thank them from the bottom of your heart, they would most definitely be encouraged to bring you more. The reason that the Law of Attraction exercise does not work immediately for most people is because we have all kinds of subconscious thoughts about ourselves concerning worth. Most of us have also falsely bought into the belief that you must work hard for your money. This belief should never have been taught to us. However, it was taught to most of us and it then became a subconscious thought law. I consider it to be self-abusive. Doing the Intense Gratitude Exercise has helped me to heal these thought laws. It worked quite quickly for me. Everyone is different so we will all have different results but the beauty of this exercise is that it targets what needs to be healed. Happy Holidays to you all.
